Hi i am currently traveling and have tried to access my account so I can top up my prepaid mobile balance. On the web page I receive an error saying the URL was rejected. I have sent two emails to the help desk however haven't had any replies. is there any reason why this page cannot be accessed and is there another way to top up my balance please?  Many thanks for any help.
