Cannot access web page or app to top up my prepaid mobile balance

Hi

i am currently traveling and have tried to access my account so I can top up my prepaid mobile balance. On the web page I receive an error saying the URL was rejected. I have sent two emails to the help desk however haven't had any replies.

is there any reason why this page cannot be accessed and is there another way to top up my balance please?

Hi @julianhussey

 

May we know if you have tried logging in to other devices such as a laptop or PC? Make sure to also try logging in over data and Wi-Fi.

Let us know how it goes and send us a private message if the issue persists.

Hi thanks for your reply. I am traveling and only have my iPad and iPhone. I will try to find a computer.
