The drop outs only happen to the same iPad, smart TV and gaming console.have just turned off band steering in the interface and changed the frequency channel as well I will let you know how it goes

We got a new modem about 3 weeks ago from TPG but every now and then we have the wifi drop out from multiple devices at a time and then can't reconnect until we reset the modem this is becoming a real inconvenience in our household

I have done that and the max speed I got was 52mbps I believe it should be much higher than that Cheers

Upgraded my plan from 50 to 100 got the completed email and confirmation this morning Restarted my modem but still only seeing speeds of 45-50mbps How long before the speed changes Cheers

I've had our modem for quite some time I believe 3 years and we have a lot of devices connected in the house I would like to purchase an upgrade to a better modem/router
