I have had multiple accounts hacked the last few days eg email, banking, social media, and it has said it's someone on "my network". Now my modem is stuck in a loop and will not restart/connect at all. I can't access the modem setting online as there is no internet. I have no idea what to do!!

I have tried on my mobile and laptop and it's the same on both. The circle icon does say something about site doesn't secure information and I have read further info and tried the suggested problem solving options but still no luck!

I can't log in to my account and forgot password link isn't working. This is what I get when I click reset password.

There was a planned NBN network outage from 12.30-6am but my internet hasn't been restored. I have tried the troubleshooting tips but still nothing. Help!
