Hi, I have a TPG supplied TP link VX 220- G2v router. How do i make sure there is no internet access between 11.00 pm and 5.45 am, everyday. I do not want my teenage children staying up all night. I want to make sure noone has internet access during these hours. Please share instruction on how to set my router do this.

Have rung TPG support three times, run through settings, no luck and now TP Link three times, both sides say it is not their problem. TPG say it is a router problem. TP link say TPG is not allowing the router to access their server. Do I have any options other than the telecoms industry ombudsman?

Thanks, I have walked through it with TPG support. Selected PPPOE , turned off IPTV,etc. Put in TPG username and password. Old router works, so I know connection is ok, stil no joy.

I have just purchased a new modem - TP Link AX50, to replace the ancient modem originally supplied by TPG. I have followed all the steps on the TPG site but the modem won't connect. TPG says it supports this modem so what do I do next?
