Using my TPG mobile, I cant call anyone and can't answer incoming calls. Phone line seems to be cracked and only able to hear weird noises. I have recorded the call recordings, but could not upload with this as only jpg,gif,png only allowed to upload.   This is happening to another TPG mobile of my family member as well.  I tried to contact support line 13 14 23, but same issue. I made a complaint yesterday through email (helpdesk@tpg.com.au). However they just send standard reply. No response or action taken to fix it.   Please help. ... View more
