Same issue with me. I got it on 19th December and still chasing TPG for activation. Been calling them every day and still nothing. The status shows waiting for hardware dispatch.  Think i have made a mistake signing up for TPG. Worst customer experience ever.    ... View more

5G Home Wireless Activation

Hello TPG Community,  I recently received my 5G modem from TPG. It is a 5866T modem.  I was promised that it will be activated within 24-48 hours.  I have contacted TPG so many times and all they gave to say is we are working on it.  Usually, Sim activation should not take too long.
