It’s 10:15pm now and I’ve been on hold waiting to speak to a tpg technical support personnel since 9:35pm this evening. After waiting on the phone all this time, the message I now receive on the phone is that customer service has now closed and to call back between operating hours ie before 10pm (which I did).
