I can successfully log in, I just cant change my credit card details because of that error.

I forgot to add that I do have a mobile number entered and it worked fine a few months ago when I switched from direct debit to credit card. Also I don't have a home phone or a work phone so that option is off board.

I ordered a new Card that came in the mail today, I am 4 days late on my bill and I went to put my new info in but I kept getting that error. I tried changing it to my sons number but it kept saying it. My service gets cut off in 3 days and need to get to sorted fast.

So idk why but my bank was declining payments for our internet bill. So I read some articles and I changed our direct debit details. That didn't work so I tried credit card and it work only it charged me $169.00 in stead of $79.99. So I'm here hoping I can get that money back. I'm not sure why it double charged me, but I needed that money for the fortnight. Plan: NBN FTTN 100.
