Continues to work well. Appears to be issue with reset button getting stuck and need to be freed.

Thanks for follow up. As a last resort I unplugged and opened up the router (3 screws and prize open). Jiggled the reset button and plugged in to test. Modem now works so far so will wait and see.

This seems to be a growing problem with a number of users recently experiencing the same problem. Firmware I followed the off/on, then pinhole reset advice, but mine is still doing it.
