Hi I would like to report a similar problem with my modem Archer VR 1600. For the last few weeks the modem frequently dropu out the connection. Sometimes it is off by itself. I have to restart the modem to connect again. Sometimes multiple restart is required. Also the modem is hot as well when handling.Am I eligible for a replacement ? Thank you.

Hi, Recently my Nbn connection keep dropping out. NBN connection box shows it is connected. Restart the modem router and it back online for a while. Then it is dropped out again. The modem router is TP-Link Archer VR1600v. Can anyone please guide me how to solve this issue. It is annoying that it keep happening. Thanks in advance.
