Hi,   I received a new AX 1500 modem replacing a faulty one. Internet is working but VOIP not working. LED for the phone off. I tried to reboot the NBN box and the modem and checked the connexions. Still no phone. If I use the phone, I have a tone, then a beep and then a tone again. I can't make a call. If I ring my home number it says it is congested. Hi,   My TPG-provided NBN router started to play up. The 2.4 band is often unavailable and I have to reboot the router to get it back. And then it is inconsistent and often disappears. And the strength of the wifi is not great. I am not sure if there is something I can do or it's time to get a new router, and if I need a new one can I get one from you? Can you please advise me?
