TPG use the same service they used for covid updates back in 2020. It looks like it also now sends the policy updates and payment updates as well — if you marked any of those as spam, or blocked the sender, the security code won't show up. I accidentally stumbled across the blocked account in my phone in March and after unblocking it I started receiving security codes again. ... View more
