This is just one issue i have. once i am able to log in then i have to try and get my bigger issue solved which i can't make or receive calls on my mobile.
TPG use the same service they used for covid updates back in 2020.
It looks like it also now sends the policy updates and payment updates as well — if you marked any of those as spam, or blocked the sender, the security code won't show up.
I accidentally stumbled across the blocked account in my phone in March and after unblocking it I started receiving security codes again.
