Hi Shane, Thanks for helping me out. I resolved the cancellation with Cancellation specialists on Friday. But I have a missed call from TPG yesterday (Sat) so I'm wondering is there a way that you can figure out why did they give me a call. Appreciate your support.

As the money just deduct from my account on the same day as the service cancellation so how come $89.99 won't cover the 30days notice period. Thank you,

Hi there, Can anyone assist me regarding the cancellation ? I'm just wondering how does the system calculate the last payment. Because it's look like I canceled the service on the payment date but still have to pay more than monthly payment. 30 days notice is already ridiculous enough that this does not make any sense even the contract has been finished. Thank you,
