Hi, I received an email from you informing me that my NBN speed upgrade was activated on 13/05/2024 following my opting into your NBN50 to NBN100 12-month Speed Upgrade. But as I check, the speed these days are still just between 40-50 Mbps. Are there any reasons why? Cheers, Customer ID: 27XXXXX

Hi, As TPG is shutting down its web and email hosting services, I received an email asking me to transfer my domain name to VentraIP. When I did, I was asked for the EPP code. Where and how can I find the EPP code please? Cheers, HKNC
