Hi,
I received an email from you informing me that my NBN speed upgrade was activated on 13/05/2024 following my opting into your NBN50 to NBN100 12-month Speed Upgrade. But as I check, the speed these days are still just between 40-50 Mbps. Are there any reasons why?
