I want to top up my prepaid balance for my mobile account. I have been told that I need to log into the My Account screen and then select the 'Top Up Prepaid Balance' option. But when I log into the My Account screen I don't see the 'Top Up Prepaid Balance' as an option. I had a look through a number of different comments referring to this issue but have been unable to access any My Account screen that gives me the Top up option.
