Hi wlgh0711, Did your problem solve? I have the same issue. I also received the modern on 24/08/2023, but it is still Waiting for Hardware Dispatch. I called more than 3 times, and the service team always said to wait 24 or 48 hours to escalate the problem to the warehouse team. They also booked an appointment with me on Tuesday and told me they would call me. However, no one called at the end of the day. Hope to hear from you, Kind regards,

Hi Team, I am a new customer with TPG, and my plan is 5G Home Broadband. I already received the modern last Thursday, 24/08/2023. However, my tracking status is still "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch". I called the support team more than 3 times. They always said they would escalate this problem to the internal warehouse team to solve the problem and told me to wait 24 hours every time since the call. I followed up after 48 hours of waiting time, but there was no change. My service is still OFFLINE. It is nearly 1 Week since the first call, and they cannot solve the problem. Really disappointed.
