I am currently using 'Home Wireless Broadband Unlimited' for my little storage. It is very slow, so I want to upgrade my plan to 5G HOME BROADBAND PLAN. Trying to reply to a private message from a moderator, and I am receiving an error message - "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."   It is weird, since I never send any private messages before in the community. Hi, Recently, I have chosen TPG NBN service for using internet for our store. However, I have not been able to use the internet, since the line between our store and MDF in shopping centre is not connected yet.   Our shopping centre require this is an alphanumeric number issued by NBN and is used to connect the line from the centre MDF room to the tenancy. It will look similar to this 3OAK 69 118 DSL002 CPAIR 116.   I heard that it is available from TPG.  Could you let me know the C pair details for forwarding to our shopping centre? Hi, Recently, I have chosen TPG NBN service. I got the mail that installation was completed and the service is active. But, the website says ' Your installation is progressing. We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!' It is actually not active yet and it seems that the line between our store and MDF in shopping centre needs to be checked.  It needs to be active as soon as possible.
