I've had this router for a week and had to restart it three times already. Not very impressed, I do have better things to do than troubleshoot. It was a replacement for an Archer 1600 whatever. The problem I get is that either (a) devices are connected by wifi but lose internet connection; or (b) the wifi connection drops out. edit - since these problems have been appearing in this group for a couple of years I'm wondering why the vx220 is still being provided? Why is TPG wasting our and their time with this?

If your email address has been transferred to TMC, I had the same issue today with an email I sent from tpg to my own domain name email. No issue receiving any other email to that address. I have "opted in" to TMC, but was of the understanding it hasn't been transferred to TMC yet - how would we know? When I log in to webmail it looks the same as TPG but with an extra TMC logo.

I keep getting letters (snail mail) from ComputerShare share registry saying their email to my tpg email address was not delivered. I've been getting them fine for years until I migrated to TMC, my email address has not changed. They all relate to separate shareholdings. I have so far received 5 failure letters. I *have* received one email from Computershare in between these letters. Computershare (and other share registries) will be sending large volumes of emails on many dates each year. Why is this happening and what is being done by TPG/TMC to fix this? Can you whitelist them?

I'm having some issues with the migration. On our account we have 4 tpg email addresses. I believe 1 is the main tpg account, and one is an alias (my partner uses these two) and I think my 2 addresses are slaves. I can't find my addresses at all under 'my account'. I think we have migrated the 2 alias accounts, but when I try to migrate my email addresses I don't receive a verification number by email. I have tried 3 or 4 times on my two addresses. Can you please clarify what has been transferred to TMC and what hasn't; and how I get my emails transferred over?

Last week we sent an important email. We use Outlook 365 (desktop version) as ou email program (with TPG mail addresses) and it appears to have updated in the middle of sending the message. As a consequence we don't have a copy of what we sent - we have delivery/read receipts so we know it did get sent. But no replies from the recipients which would have the original message. Is it possible to retrieve this text of the email we sent, from TPG?

They rang my partner yesterday and were asked to call back after 1pm yesterday but we've still had no call. They were originally asked to call me back on my phone number, can someone let us know what is happening please?

I've had 17 international phone calls charged to my account on 23 Dec at around 4.39am, which we did not make. We don't make international phone calls. The numbers displayed appear to be to Japan and Iraq (prefixes 0011 795 and 0011 964) How do I dispute these?

I did those steps, have rebooted and have even done a factory reset, and it was OK until 8.45-900 am Thursday (I can tell due to log of another device) and all these issues have started again, with devices dropping out, and periods of slowness. For some reason the log files aren't very long, it seems to be resetting/deleting quite frequently. I tried to attached the previous log file but can't attach txt files. I gather lots of people have issues with the modem itself, how do we test it isn't faulty?

Can't TPG block these people? Presumably they are sending these in bulk, so anything that's being posted as a repeating PM should be blocked - and certainly any user that is triggering numerous emails from "TPG Community" should be at least temporarily blocked and investigated. I can't imagine any genuine user here sending PMs very frequently?

We have recently developed some intermittent problems, seemingly related to the router. We have FTTC which has been very good. We will always have several devices connected via wifi to access the internet. Lately we have found that a device will suddenly either be unable to connect to the router, or be connected and have no internet. However - other devices will remain connected and maintain internet access, so the issue seems to be at the router level. How do we troubleshoot or fix this?

I solved by using the steps in this previous forum post: https://community.tpg.com.au/t5/Broadband-Internet/TPG-does-NOT-work-with-Outlook/td-p/1538/page/3 I'm not sure if something changed at TPG to require me to change settings, but updating my username to exclude '@tpg.com.au' and ticking SMTP requires authentication solved the problem.

We've had NBN connected, and I've since noticed that some email forwards I had set up are not working, and emails I send are mostly bouncing with the "Relaying denied. Proper authentication required." The main account is OK, this error messages relates only to my slave email account. These were all working fine a couple of weeks ago (I've had the main and slave accounts for many years) I haven't changed anything at my end, why would I be getting this now & how do I fix it? I'm using Outlook 2010 (and so is the main account that has no issues).

I'm just trying to clarify a few things before putting in a changeover request from our ADSL2 to FTTC: - if we sign up to an 18month contract on NBN50 bundle, are we able to change to NBN12 OR NBN100 within the 18 months if we decide they would suit us better? - in our house we have 4 phone points - does it matter which point we use for the MTD/modem? - I understand we remove the filter/splitter at the point we install the MTC/modem, what about at the other 3 points? - how do we get a battery backed up system as we have a person with medical issues in the house and need to make sure phone is always available? - do we get to specify our existing phone number to be ported from Telstra (current landlone provider) so we can keep it? - we also have a completely separate phone line which is currently inactive (no service), could that potentially be connected to FTTC in the future if we chose?
