Hello TPG, Since our emails will no longer be supported by TPG and you want us to start paying a 3rd provider for the service at an additional cost to us, we should then have our monthly subscription service (which now only covers NBN for myself) reduced, considering that you have cut a service from us which was incorporated into our monthly subscription fee, it only seems right that we pay less for the reduced service. So my question is, when will we see our monthly subscription reduced to reflect the reduced service?

I hope TPG reduces the monthly plan now that they are getting rid of the emails. If not im gone too. I have my own domain email so it wont affect me at all, however I do expect TPG to adjust my monthly plan accordingly as they have reduced their service to me. So I am ready to switch, have done the homework. Its up to TPG now.

Cant access my emails because my ip address is blacklisted. I have reset router multiple times but keep getting new ip again blacklisted. Any help please.

Hello, All my tpg emails stopped sending and receiving, nothing from my end has changed and was working fine for months up until now. Is there an outage not yet listed under outages? Thanks

Hello, I have read many posts regarding TPG's voip service not working with 3rd party equipment. Is this still the case? I am planning on getting a new modem/router. I dislike TPG.s own modems as they lack functionality.

I have successfully connected the tplink archer AC4000 to tpg. You can do it through setting up the IPTV setting. This enables VLAN ID=2 settings also.

It has been over a week now and am still waiting to get my NBN digital voice up and running. According to the status it is at stage 2 installation. The tech guy I spoke with last week said it should not take more than 5 days, its been over a week now. Can you please follow up.

Why does my internet drop out at least 3 to 4 days a week during the hours of 10am to 4pm? This has been ongoing for a few weeks now. Have contacted support several times and it seems they fix it but it happens again in a few days. This is really frustrating and I want it resolved.
