Our FTTP connection has degraded significantly (<1mbs download; >24mbp upload) on Ookla Speedtest. No network outages, lights on NBN box are all on). Have powered our router and NBN box off, but no improvement. Not sure where to start to rectify! ... View more

Just had the FTTP box installed. Have orange light on UNI-D1 port, but not activity on router (Archer VR1600v). WAN and wifi lights on, but no internet. This FTTP upgrade has been a trial. How do I fix this? ... View more
