Hi @kornmann18,    Sorry to know that you are still experiencing issues with the connection.    I did run remote tests again on our end and have now detected drop outs.    The issue has now been raised with our Engineering Team for further investigation. Please allow them sometime to assess the case. Also, leave your modem connected and turned on at all times as they will still need to conduct further remote testings.   An update will be provided within the next 24-48hrs either via phone call or SMS.
