Nobody is getting in touch, phone is still not working, has been weeks with no contact, gonna cancel

Still not able to receive calls, have texted and emailed customer service 5 times or so over the last 2 weeks, not any sort of acknowledgment. Looking for a different provider, very disappointed 😔

Thanks David, We were paying $270 a month for foxtel, phone and NBN through Telstra. Decided to ditch Foxtel and look for a better deal with 100mbps to save some dollars. Simple as that really, now we pay $100.

New customer, Can dial out no problem but when anybody calls nothing happens on the home phone, bit of an issue as we have elderly relatives over seas who use our landline as emergency contact, anyone help? Modem was purchased with tpg plan so i'm assuming it shouldn't be the issue, everything was working a treat before we changed providers,
