Streaming buffering on NBN even though fast speed test

We just had the fibre extended direct to our house and while speed test attached shows speed 4 times faster than before we still get buffering, we use Superloop Superfast plan. We had very similar buffering before fibre connection to house ,how can this be if test shows 4 times faster speed now ? Are we being punked by these providers ?  ... View more

Hi @stuvanum . Are you a TPG user? Is the ER7206 replacing an existing router that still works?    What model is it? If so, you should reconnect it to verify the settings that will be needed for the ER7206. The normal settings are PPPoE, username and password. Depending on the type of NBN connection and your TPG plan, you may need to set VLAN ID=2. ... View more
