Exactly the same thing here! New Nokia Modem just randomly turned up. No mention of it being on it's way. Then I get a text to say it will dispatched on that day or day after....? No mention of activation required. Just plug and play......ya riiiight......... Live chat and ringing, just goes round and round and round in circles. Just wait 24 or 48hrs they say..........   This is absolutely absurd. It's also worth noting that there's similar posts dating back to 2023 mentioning the exact same thing. One more day I'll wait.
