Hi I am facing a similar problem but its Sunday evenings from Melbourne for me. Was there a solution to this?

Hi I have been noticing something for the past week. Every Sunday evening post 6pm AEST I usually get very high ping and keep dropping out of games. It seems like the latency on my download speed seems ok but the latency on my upload speed is higher than 130ms. I have done a multiple speed tests.
