Hi @Jamiewilson,    Welcome to the Community!    There was indeed an outage yesterday afternoon. NBN technicians were deployed and found out that the cause of the issue was a burnt Line Power Inserter.  Services were restored afterwards and internet should be back up and running.    I've tested your line and it appears that the modem is now connected for more than  a day.    Should you require further assistance, you may reach out to us again or you may check out our self-help options at http://tpg.com.au/support     Cheers!  ...
