Saw this question plenty of times and seem like it requires activation by technical support.     Home phone has stopped working since the FTTP connection is activated. Called my home number and it says the call could not be connected at this time - OCA0188.  Online chatted and did what the customer service representative asked to do/check but the phone is still not working.  Logged onto the modem router and it says on the screen something like the phone service is not available, so it seems like the phone service is not activated with the new FTTP connection.     ...
