I already filled out that form and got the email that said identity verification was completed. But nothing has changed. Should I submit that form again?

In the app, I made a mistake in the phone number where the code is sent to verify my identity. I cannot get the code because the phone number in this picture is the wrong number. How can I get this number back to the correct one?
