TPG have CUT ME OFF.  My account was paid on Friday, it SHOWS in my BANK online, but I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE, all I get is a stupid message saying "your account has expired" whenever I try to make a call.  I can no longer DRIVE MY CAR because I cannot renew my LICENCE on the phone with my debit card.  Another BEING HELD FOR RANSOM case.  WTF is going on? ... Why can't I call my daughter on her 21st Birthday? Because TPG will NOT allow a payment, the stupid page says "Payment is in progress" YET I don't HAVE access to calls or SMS from my device. This is UNACCEPTIBLE and the account WILL be closed if it happens again. Please FIX IT!!!!!!!!!  A.S.A.P. NO further attempt was made the day AFTER payment failed to "try again" when the money WAS there at that time, TPG expect you to make a MANUAL payment if  a direct debit fails for a single day.  My life does NOT revolve around TPG and their failing system of payment and it won't be tolerated.
