Hi thanks for responding to my query.  When attempting to connect via the WPS button on the back of the modem and then the extender, the wifi light falshes red on the modem and the light on theextender also falshes but non connection is made. The extender had previously been connected to the 4g modem (which was powered down and isolated from the lan lines when the 5g modem was fired up). But I have activated the reset button prior to attempting connection with the 5g modem. ... View more
