I've tried for days to report a non working NBN connection. Where all going through this virus crap, but your worse that ever for your non existent service now. It seems for having no NBN service for 51days from the switch over from my old adsl service. Now I have to wait 120 days billing adjustment to be approved. TPG you out rightly discriminated against my partner today for having a hearing impairment My Partner called to try and resolve our outstanding NBN issue and it seems your technical department does not allow for hearing impaired person, and requires proof of disability and wont communicate by email. After 51 day been connected from ADSL to NBN I finely have been provided a active connection. Well now this clearly should of not have been a lengthy time due to TPG treatment to customer (2731346) It now comes down to TPG for years had throbbed me off over the complaints of my ADSL connection dropping out and saying its Telstra network and the distant from the exchange. Well this now shows the drop outs was nothing to do with Telstra but a short connection that was provide by TPG , the same connection I complained about and TPG never did nothing about but blame Telstra infurstrure. So if TPG had taken my complaints of my ADSL dropping out seriously, and the switch over to the NBN would of gone smoothly. But no I had to pay for a service for 51 days that didn’t work, and its ALL TPG Fault. 42 Days and TPG have still today have not provide and active connection to my NBN. Which was switch from ADSL to the NBN on the 7th March 2019 This past week TPG has done more effort is seeing that I terminate and cancel my contract for a service that TPG cant make the effort to do anything about providing Over that week I’ve had 4 phone calls with one women from TPG saying Go on take your business else it will only cost ya $350.00 to cancel. Well do it now cancel!! With over 11 yes 11 emails about if I cancel my contract and how much Money I have to pay TPG for doing Nothing. TPG has showed me in the past week over that LAST 42 days with no service the customer paying TPG over $1100 is more important, than provide a service to a contact they have with myself. Well TPG the balls back in your court prove me that I’m wrong and your willing to do something about it. I like to see that you will have a NBN visit that was Canceled by you TPG for the 26th April goes ahead. Not like you TPG I stand by my commitments and will still take the day of work and be home for another Home visit 26th April. Show the over 48,000 people that have been reading by Blog about the whole 42 days so far and maybe the 1154 people that have seen that going with TPG would be a big mistake for providing them a NBN connection, so shown that putting more effort in providing a service than what you’ve done over the last week. ... I've been charged for excess data usage, what makes this a joke is I'm on a NBN unlimlted plan and never had a working connection.  I've asked TPG why the charges to a service that does not work and show me the data usage on my account. well the can't and wont refunded my account. and to top it off if I dont like the sercive provided I'm welcome to cancel and go to another provider ... Kelvin, thank you for the call the notification that the NBN appointment for the 26th April now has been removed from an active appointment, and TPG will notify myself when this date becomes schedule by NBN for the 26th April and you made it very clear that earliest appointment currently available is the 18th April at this time and my current open ticket will be closed and shown that I have an active conncection. well I cleary dont have a working NBN connection and and I'm made to go through the whole crap to have a new ticket raised to get someone again for another day off work and spend less than two mins at my do nothing and say nothing, well I guess thell have to bring there own modem as the last one took my free one ... My customer ID XXXX, I have the 16 months remaining of a 18 month contract, I no longer have in my procession your free Modem that was taken by your technician on the last home visit. I was earlier on the phone this evening quoted by two persons of your organization the first was 50% of remaining contract + $250.00 , second was $350.00, within 5mins.
