A) I find that you have deducted from my bank account ending with 777 the following:  1) 12.10.20 - $11.49 2) 21.10.2020 - $10.20;  3) 26.10.2020 $10.09.  B) I have no way of finding out where these monies gone to and whether they are valid deductions.  C) I find out today my Mobile ending with ... 735 has not been used for data download but you put two charges of 42 cents and 16 cents?  D) I am therefore wondering if TPG is correctly charging its customers.  Please send me an email to my email address: nnchin1@gmail.com to explain the above.  Cheers NICHOLAS N CHIN.  ... I am not able to get help with TPG.  I rang up support and they put me off.  Very poor customer service.  I now found out that I was correctly charged.  I wasted a lot of my phone charges on calling TPG and not getting any customer service. There is no chat service.  ... View more
