I applied for the cancellation on Oct 22 and the cancellation date is Nov 11, so the notice period is 1 month and I was charged for the cost for service of a 30 day notice period. I noticed that TPG NBN plans allow customers to change their plan anytime. I would like to upgrade to NBN50, my question is how long it takes to take effect, and whether it would charge me immediately and change the original billing date.
