Hi @adsltdsp,   I was able to locate the account and it seems that this issue has been raised to our Postmaster by one of my Colleague, Please confirm if you're still having issues sending emails. On the other hand, the account was ban due to spam related activity. TPG has launched the Unlimited Fast NBN50 speed plan this week for $69.99 per month.   If you are an existing customer you can easily change plans by logging into My Account or calling their Change of Plan Team on 131423.   The NBN50 speed plan is offered at the same price point of their discontinued Unlimited Boost Speed Plan which was configured on the NBN25 equivalant speed tier.   For those on the Standard NBN12 or older Boost speed plans, I would definetely recommend giving the NBN50 speed plan a go.
