I have just moved home and can’t seem to set up my new internet connection. Can anyone help please

I’m using the same modem from the previous address

What type of connection did you have at your old home?

And at your new home?

What model of wifi router do you have from your old home?
Have you had a message from TPG to say that you should connect your equipment?
