Billing start date

Hi,

There is no Internet provided for me till date. Please confirm that the billing start date will be from the day when Internet is provided to me. Please check and confirm on the line correction and the billing start date adjustments accordingly.

By when I can expect the internet. Please confirm.

Hi @gopinath2,

 

Your monthly billing cycle starts from the date your service is activated. For example, the date your internet service is installed or your mobile phone is activated.

 

Your billing cycle does not necessarily start from the date your sign up with TPG and we debit your installation fees.
