Do the internet instillation guys all have abloy keys to most apartment buildings?

I'm moving home. My new unit is in an apartment building. With regards to the TPG connection, the internet installation person may need access to the MDF room which requires an abloy key. Do the TPG internet installation persons all carry these?

Most of the technicians that will install the service do carry the keys needed.
