After spedning whole day on your support chats and sales phone calls, I've been told that after 5 weeks of waiting my ADSL application was rejected, as NBN now is available in my area an I'm not applicable for ADSL anymore.
And also that my only option is switching to NBN, which is currently not possible through any of your communictaion channels, and also that my waiting time will be reset and if I can finally switch to NBN option I need to wait 20 more days for conenction.
Are you serious?
How the hell you can treat your customers in this way?
This company is nothing else but a big fat joke!!!
