Been waiting for a email to tell me when the installation process will be done but still haven’t received anything. How long does it take for my wifi to work? It’s been a week now

The timeframe for the ADSL2+ order to be installed is within 10 - 20 working days. As I checked the account, I've seen that it's still within the said timeframe.

Update will be given via email or SMS.
