Hi,
Last week I received an email from TPG saying that my NBN FTTN connection would be installed on 12/06, that I didn't need to be home etc, etc. I replied by email that I haven't received a modem from TPG as yet, and in reply received an email advising that my NBN FTTN connection would be installed on 12/06... etc etc, exactly the same as the first email; it did not address my issue with non-receipt, as yet, of a TPG modem.
Please advise regarding my modem question and also advise how I will receive an email from TPG about NBN activation if I haven't installed an NBN modem yet because I didn't know the connection was active?

@stevesandeman you would receive the equipment a few days before the installation date. We can see that the modem shipment is being processed in your account.

The migration of your service to NBN connection is still in progress. You will receive an email in regards with the shipment of your modem/router.
