Get online support
I have no Internet and ADSL light on modem, and hence Internet is not working.
Could someone help, please?

We checked the account and learned that your ADSL service has been disconnected to give way for the NBN service.
The installation of the NBN service is now in progress and further updates will be provided via Email or phone call once available.
