No internet

Level 2

I have had no internet for 8 days. 

Support is hopeless. 

Cannot get through to anyone. 

Seriously pissed off! 

Willbexhanging providers for sure unless I get contacted today and compensated. 

Im in Cronulla. Does anyone know if anything is going on in this area ie some kind of general outage?
