OK, so I chose TPG due to great reviews on the speed levels.... I am now regretting my choice. It is 3 weeks since I signed up, one week seince receiveing my modem and I've had ZERO contact from you regarding my installation. I was told on the phone that it will happen automatically and I do not need any external help. I've since had multiple different answers on the phone (when i could get through to someone).
1. When is my installation going to start. When is it going to finish?
2. When are you going to respond to my emails?
3. A call would be nice as well.
Getting pissed off, and not even started yet.
