TPG ADSL 2

Hi,

can anyone please tell me the username format for logging into TPG Adsl ?

usernameXX@tpg.com.au or something simlilar ? 

i am struggling to find the answer

You don't have to use @TPG.com.au.
Just the username and password , like you do when logging into tpg.com.au to access your account details.

Are you trying to login to your TPG My account or your modem interface?

If it's via 'My account', then you don't have to use the @TPG.com.au.

If you are going to login to your ADSL modem interface, then both username and password are 'admin' by default.

It was concerning a PPOE connection for adsl , i was unaware of the username format.
