I send messages for TPG Helpdesk Email Team
they replied to messages general thing trun off modem like that
already tried but same...
i live belmore and To start off, my distance from the exchange (Campsie) :Line of sight distance: 1926m. Possible cable distance: 3297m.
From TPG maps, average download speed around the area 6691kpbs but I gottimg half of that..
today I reset the modem The internet speed low than before
