moving house

Hi

 

I have moved house 2 weeks ago. I am struggling to get tp the bottom of why the internet is not being connected. I keep being moved to different departments on live chat and then I am stuck there for hours waiting for someone to reply. I jsut need to speak to someone to understand what is happening, I know i cannot have NBN at my property - i jsut want my adsl connected. I have my modem at my new property
