5G Home Broadband cannot be activated - Waiting for Hardware Dispatch

Hi Team,
I am a new customer with TPG, and my plan is 5G Home Broadband.
I already received the modern last Thursday, 24/08/2023. However, my tracking status is still "Waiting for Hardware Dispatch".
I called the support team more than 3 times. They always said they would escalate this problem to the internal warehouse team to solve the problem and told me to wait 24 hours every time since the call.
I followed up after 48 hours of waiting time, but there was no change. My service is still OFFLINE. It is nearly 1 Week since the first call, and they cannot solve the problem.
Really disappointed.
